In Guatemala, farmers with small land holdings are responsible for milling their own coffee, which can lead to variations in quality. In order to assure only the best product for our clients, we fly our quality control team from Costa Rica to the Antigua region of Guatemala to taste a multitude of producers raw coffee. We then choose the very best lots, segregate them, blend them, and process them for export. The end result is La Flor Del Café Antigua The Flower of Antigua Coffee. This coffee is particularly sweet, full-bodied and lively.
